I'm an author of a book published on BLURB.com (printed Book) and ebook for kindle (pdf and no pictures) and i'd like to publish ebook on iTunes that is based on this book but with different formating and using gallleries etc. is that ok with the terms of iTunes? Thanks for the answer.

You need to go to iTunes Terms and Conditions and read for yourself as there will be some conditions that only you can know the answer to.

I don't know of any reason you cannot publish such a book in the ibookstore. For info on how to do it, read the FAQ:

Note that PDF is not accepted.
