I just bought an iPad air from staples and when I bought it someone's iCloud account was already logged on to it and I don't know how to fix it.

I Need my iPad to start over as a new iPad so I can sync it to my old one. But since somebody else's iCloud account is on here I can't turn off find my iPad to do that.
