Q: Power Mac G5 Quad

i have Power mac g5 Quad 2.3 Ghz ,1GB X 2 Ram . 128 MB GPU.
today i trunon my mac , after few sec ...
RED lights trunon outside the RAM Slot
the 1st light top side of the RAM slot number 1 ( OverTEMP) LED 806
and The 2nd Red Light down side of RAM slot number 4 LED (806 CHECKSTOP)
After 3 or 4 Mints System going to Stuck , Hang . keyborad mouse not working !

Share with how to reslove this isse Thanks alot

Likely it's rime to replace the thermal paste between the CPUs & the Heatsinks.

If it's a G5 Quad, it'd be 2.5 GHz though & check for coolant leaks...
