I need to transfer about 500Mb of photos from my PC to a relatives Mac, via internet. I've used "wetransfer" to upload the files but my niece, on her Mac, can't download from WeTransfer. What does she need to do on her Mac to enable her to download from WeTransfer. (I imagine she might have the same problem if I were to use Dropbox).

Looking at the WeTranfer site it works on Mac or PC.
DropBox works fine too. I sue it for both my Macs and PCs

To retrieve your transfer, click on the Download button in the email you received from us. This opens our website in your browser, where we look up the transfer for you. Once we've found it (can take a few seconds) a Download button will pop up. This button will start the download, and the file is saved to the folder where your other downloads are saved.

I think what happens is probably the same as happens on my iPad. Having clicked the download button Safri then says " Safri can't download this file". I've taken a look at the wetransfer site and it doesn't help, at least not so far.
For the iPad you need the WeTransfer app.
As others have said, for PC or Mac you just use a browser.
OK. Thanks for the response. I've had a look at the wetransfer app for iPad and it only seems to upload not download. I'll ask my niece exactly what she sees on her Mac, maybe its not the same as on my iPad.
