Not sure what you mean. But if you mean can you use an iTunes card purchased in the US in the Philippines iTunes Store, then the answer is no.

Awesome Gail, but it says Apple Store gift cards, if I buy these cards, can I use it to buy apps, music or movies from the App store or iTunes store?
