iphone 4 wont switch off voiceover
after updatind my iphone 4,the voiceover will not switch off. i know the procedure to turn it off but when i toggle the switch to off it goes right back to on. any suggestions?

I understand that VoiceOver is enabled and will not disable through settings. I would try to disable VoiceOver via iTunes.
Managing Accessibility features using iTunes
- Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
- In iTunes, select your device.
- From the Summary pane, click > Configure Universal Access in the Options section at the bottom.
- Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.
