You can't. You'll have to import them to the iTunes library on your computer, then sync them to the phone with iTunes.

Thanks KiltedTim. itunes sends me a message that audiobooks should not be in there. When I did this before (I have forgotten how to do it and Dropbox no longer has phone help) I moved the book into MUSIC under Artists. I'll visit the Apple store to ask them.
