Problem in rotation
my new iphone 6+ is not able to rotate when I'm in the home screen but it's fine in all the apps
it happened after the updating to ios8.1.1
please HELP :S

It sounds like you have a frustrating situation with your new iPhone not rotating when it should in its home screen, yet working properly when in application. I know it would bother me if this were happening on my phone.
Please use the steps in this article to troubleshoot the issue -
If the screen doesn't rotate on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Especially note this step -
If you have an iPhone 6 Plus, turn off Display Zoom to rotate the Home screen.
