Q: Can I create iBook outside of the country where I distribute the book?

I am planning to translate a Dutch book into Japanese and would like to distribute as iBook in Japanese market. Is it possible to sell the iBook in Japan while I live in The Netherlands? Is there any restriction?

It doesn't matter where you live, you can sell in any of the 51 markets offered by Apple.

Be aware that Japanese books must be in epub3 format.
