Lock Dock Size

Is there any way to lock the size of the dock using terminal commands in Yosemite? I'm constantly accidentally enlarging the dock and it's beginning to get on my nerves. Thanks in advance.

MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

In Terminal write:

defaults write com.apple.dock size-immutable -bool yes

then after 'killall Dock'. It will restart and you'll be all set
