Thanks for the question. If you are signed into an Apple service on a device that you no longer have access to, and would like to revoke that access, you can simply change your Apple ID password:

Mac OS XIf you log into iCloud via Safari or any other browser, click on settings. Is this device listed there in the section with your devices? If so, remove it by clicking on it's name which will bring up a dialog wherein you'll be able to manage your current devices.
I'm not quite sure whether this will solve your problem but it'll be worth a try.
