My question is-- What is the last version OS that will support Quicken 2007
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
If you mean the PowerPC version of it, 10.6.8.
If you mean the Universal Binary one, at least Yosemite.

Scratch that. When archive.org is back up, you may want to find the old link and update my tip:
Quicken for Lion and Mountain Lion.
When you find the archive.org link. It would appear Intuit has decided to pull all references to it. Can't find it going back two years on Google.
I updated the tip. Perhaps someone interested could see if the link to buy works or not. If not, interested parties should e-mail that link to Intuit asking it be made available again.
It appears that Intuit has stopped offering Quicken 2007 for Lion for sale, instead directing viewers to Quicken 2015 for a much greater price.
I also note that sales of Quicken 2007 for Lion on eBay have increased in price as well.
I wish I had purchased a CD copy of Quicken 2007, but I did keep my original installers.
Also, I note that Quicken 2007 for Lion is offering an upgrade to version 16.2.0 at this time.
If you could add the links to the most current Quicken to my tip when you find them, that would be great.

I tried to purchase the CD-ROM of Quicken 2007 for Lion using the archive link in your tip and it did not work.
I'll keep an eye on this thread. Just post any links to the new Quicken that are available when you aren't logged in to Intuit's website that look good.
I am told on another forum that "Quicken 2007 for Lion" is still available from Intuit for $15, but you must contact them directly to purchase it.
There is some question from another post on this forum whether or not the 16.2 update continues to work in Snow Leopard.
I just went to the Intuit site and using the chat feature on their customer service page, they are sending me a CD copy of Quicken 2007 for Lion for free given my longevity of being a Quicken customer!

It is a copy of the Quicken 2007 app only; version 16.1.0, which of course will then update online to the current version, 16.2.0.

I can now confirm, from a post on another forum ( http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=20555414#post20555414 ), that Quicken 2007 for Mac Intel is still available from Intuit for $15 by use of the "chat" feature on their support website:
