Q: Restore Apple TV looks for file - doesn't download anything?

When i click on the "restore apple tv" in ituns a dialog box opens looking for an ipod/iphone/ipad software file on my computer it doesn't download any files, why is this happening? I can't seem to find anything similar anywhere? Thanks in advance
