i can't connect to the app store

after i recover my phone to factory defaults, the app store just won't load. i tested the troubleshooting tip on the advanced troubleshoot page and it still not connect.

Model: iphone 4S 16GB

Firmware: iOS 8.1.1

Serial No.:C3*******TD2

by the way my phone is not jailbroken
