How can I unlock my iPhone 5c from Vodafone so that it will accept an orange sim card

I Have just upgraded my contract with Vodafone and had a 5c. I wish to give this handset to my daughter and her contract is with orange. Therefore how can I unlock the handset tSo that it will accept her SIM card?

i Am keeping my iPhone 4s with a Vodafone contract
