how can I use to Canon Utility program for yosemite?

If you are referring to the EOS Utility then there is no download/version specifically for Yosemite. What others say is that the latest utility software for Mavericks works with Yosemite. Go to this download link and enter your camera serial number to download the latest Canon software utility disk. If the link doesn't work then go to Canon's support site. Look up the drivers/downloads page for your camera and change the operating system dropdown box to Mavericks. Select the utility download under the software dropdown.
