Q: why are apple updates so terrible? seriously, i thought mavericks was bad - HA

no, really. i couldnt shut my macbook pro down until i deleted some random daemon files somewhere; itunes constantly hangs (even though i have 16Gb RAM and my processor never seems to go above 50%) - that is, when it isn't refusing to open because it "isn't responding" (even tho it was never open?); bluetooth randomly disconnecting (used to work seamlessly); window animations are jerky as ****; everything takes five times longer to happen, if it happens at all... i could go on but honestly im not looking for a solution, i just have no idea how to make apple aware how angry i am and i doubt im alone.
