My macbook air 13" battery is charging very slow
MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
If you go to Apple Menu > About this Mac > System Report (on the Overview tab) > Power (in the Hardware section), that has some information on battery health that might indicate if there is a problem with the battery. Also, if you know someone else that has a charger you might borrow you could try that to rule out a problem with your charger.
In addition to following the path given by FoxFith, About This Mac > System Report > Hardware > Power and looking at the battery condition, cycle count, and capacity, look further down to the material under AC Charger Information. Does that information indicate the correct charger power and model?
Well, did u solve the problem? Tried the Battery Health app?
Changed the I/O cable from logic board to I/O board. Works 😀
Problem is back...
Battery level is now 1%, inserted charger...it will take 20 hours to recharge the battery!!
