Q: When I open the app store on my mac it says, "You can't open the application App Store because it may be damaged or incomplete." How do I fix it?

How do i recover the app store on my Macbook? Im running on Mac OS X 10.6.8

Download and re-install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1. You should put the copy of App Store you now have in the Trash before reinstalling the updater.
