Q: I have found an iphone, I do not know the owner. How can i unlock it?

I have found an iphone on a bus. I do not know the owner because the iphone i locked. Now I want to use the Iphone. How cant i unlock it with an Apple ID?

It is not yours to use. It is locked for a reason, to keep people out of it. Turn the device over to the police, as it is probably reported lost/stolen. Your possession of it in many jurisdictions if it is reported stolen is a crime in of itself.
