Low volume piano play can be heard in background

All the time as soon as Apple tv is turned on.Even while Netflix playing or anything else is open!!

No other apps are open,no music is played through I tunes.

Apple tv box connected to stereo via optical cable.When cable is removed all sound & music stops.
