Q: What is the best way to get from imovie 9.0.9 to idvd

Hello

I wonder if someone can help.

I have an iMovie project that includes 8 chapter markers.

When I export to idvd, the resulting video quality is horrible.

I have found out from other users posts , that the best way to export is to "media browser".

When I do that, I lose my chapter markers, which I obviously don't want to happen.

Am I doing something wrong, or am I correct in assuming that this type of export will not save the chapter markers??

I found out that you can write chapter markers in idvd, but they can only be written in intervals of minutes, and not at points in the movies where I want to put them. Or am I missing something?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe you've angered the iDVD and iMovie gods?   p

Maybe I shouldn't say this but the ASC has been running rather smoothly for me this last week or so.  (Knock on wood).

    Hi

    I got help from

    Skrmavbild 2014-12-14 kl. 08.20.00.png

and it seems like forum don't accept the last three letters in the Swedish alphabet any more.

    Skrmavbild 2014-12-14 kl. 08.13.21.png

May be they resorted to plain ASCII instead - Can not figure why (pre 1990 behaviour - just minus 25 Years). This used to work

Skrmavbild 2014-12-14 kl. 08.20.10.pngBut when deleting the a: letter it works again - Strange.

But just so any one knows if more non ASCII letters are used (are we back to DOS again a-z and 8 letters no space in file names - soon)

Yours in a gray Sweden - Bengt W
