Hi,
I need to install Win 32Bits in my MacBook Pro Retina early 2013 but according to the apple guides for that I need to download the Boot Camp 3. Where I can find this download?, Can I do that in my MacBook Pro Retina early 2013?

I did read already but this say I will need Boot Camp 3 only!!, Where I can download it?

You can't. It came only with the installer discs for the computer. There is no BC 3 that will run on your model. Did you look on the chart? A 2013 Retina MBP can only run BC 5. You cannot install any 32-bit version of Windows and no version earlier than the 64-bit versions of Win7 and Win8.
You may want to consider VMware Fusion, Parallels or VirtualBox, if a VM will suffice for your needs.

There are trial versions of Fusion and Parallels and VirtualBox is GPL.

They all have guides on Guest OSes they can support. I suggest you start with the Guest OS list and confirm compatibility before you buy any of the three products mentioned.
Ok let to check for them and decide which one is better for my application!
