Hello, i wanted to make a purchase on an app but i had to enter my security question and i forgot them, I also don't have the rescue email and now i am in Tanzania, where there is no customer care so does anyone know what i can do? also i couldn't find the correct community to post this in

Alternatives for Help Resetting Security Questions and/or Rescue Mail
1. If you have a rescue email address or a Security Questions issue, then see:

2. Fill out and submit this form. Select the topic, Account Security. You must
have a Rescue Email to use this option.
3. This is the only option if you do not already have a valid Rescue Email.

the appropriate country and call. Ask to speak to the Account Security Team.

Since you're in Tanzania, you need to use option 2 out of the ones Kappy posted. Disregard the note about it requiring a rescue email; instead, mention that the HT5699 article doesn't list your country when filling out the form.

So i still didn't get a reply and it's been almost 24 hours now what should i do?
Wait for the next business day, or try using a nearby country's phone number; you'd probably have been told to do that anyway.
If you're desperate to make a purchase and have a credit card or unredeemed gift card, create a new Apple ID. You won't be able to transfer purchases or iTunes Store credit between them.
