I am another volunteer here.  I am sorry that some posters are trying to be being funny with you.  You are looking for an answer to your question, not jokes in a language you do not understand.

Every once in a while, the engineers here do maintenance to try to address problems, or improve performance.  We never know what they are working on.  But they do give us notice before, so that we will understand the site being down.

we did answer the OP's question very early on. It became clear there was some miscommunication due to language barrier shortly thereafter. GoogleTranslate has exacerbated the situation I fear. The humor was not intended for the OP - it was among our friends.

A tech room does not operate as if it were a monastery. The ones I have been in have had Super Soakers and Nerf Guns and pranks galore. There is no harm done, In my opinion.
