Apple is not here, only end users like you. We are all volunteers and not Apple employees or agents, and Apple didn't award you points. If you received five points it was because you provided information in another thread that the original poster found useful. It appears to be from this threaad:

Your points came from another Apple user, not Apple. That's how it works here. If someone finds your information useful to solving their problem, they can award you 5 points for an answer that was helpful, and ten points if they feel your information solved their problem.
