and my question is does it hang while using auto cad and i have choosed the one with 256 gb ssd and 4gb ram thats 13 inch mac book air???
and my budget is limited only to 75000 INDIAN RUPEES

I don't know. I don't run AutoCad. Why don't you check the system requirements for AutoCad and see what they say?
