Netflix profiles not working

I was wondering if anyone has the same problem, basically out of the blue I cannot switch to any of my Netflix profiles except the main one. If I do I get logged out. It only affects my ATV, not online or from the iPad. I asked on the Netflix live chat they told me some bull such as yeah we know we're working on it.

I've tried everything including deleting the Netflix profiles and making new ones, and power cycling the ATV etc. No results. The only thing I haven't tried is to factory restore my ATV because it took a while to set it up the way I like it. The guy on the Netflix chat promptly answered : "We are aware of this problem and our engineers are working as we speak to get this resolve ASAP. I'm glad you reported this to us, so that we know that you too are affected" but if you google 'cannot switch Netflix profiles on Apple TV' you get zero results, weird. Since I was also setting up Plexconnect I was wondering if I'd messed up the thing, but disabling plex didn't help. I am disappointed because the main reason I bought it was Netflix but it's basically impossible to use without profiles (big family with kids).
