I've noticed that for many songs, each headphone plays a slightly different part. I know there's a way to toggle this on other phones, but I don't know how to do it on an iPhone or Mac. If anyone knows could you let me know? Thanks.
Use Settings > General > Accessibilty > Mono Audio and turn this ON.
This is called Stereo, if you want the same sound use Mono.
iPhone:
Settings > General > Accessibility > Mono Audio: ON
For Mac:
> System Preferences... > Accessibility > on the left sidebar under Hearing, select Audio and select Play Stereo audio as mono.
