itunes deleted my songs tv shows and movies

itunes was telling me that my music files couldn't be located. So i watched this dumb video and it deleted all of the music TV shows and movies that were bought on my phone or bought on my computer 2 years ago. When I transferred songs from my iPhone to my computer it only transferred some music. How do I get back the other music that weren't transferred to my computer.
