iPad Air 2 Touch ID no longer working
I'm not sure why, but my Touch ID has not been working for days now and it's really annoying... It's not even that it's saying my fingerprint doesn't match. The problem is that it's not sensing my finger touching the button at all as if I'm not a human being. I've tried it with my fingers dry and with a moisturizer and neither strategy has worked. I just got this iPad about 2 weeks ago and have yet to drop it or damage the hardware. I hate sliding to unlock it every time.
Any ideas on what the problem could be? Is it an issue with the update or do I have to pay Apple Care a million dollars to fix it.
