I have forgotten my password and everytime it ask for my date of birth i put it in just like it is on my ipod and it tells me it can not verify my user.....i dont want to lose my music by creating a new one but i can not even log out of my itunes account.

That doesnt help because it tells me my date of birth is wrong and will not let me go any further
