Q: iCloud.com version of iWork won't open my documents

For the last couple of days I have tried to view and edit my documents on iCloud.com from both my PC and my Mac but when I click on them it sends me to the usual loading page which then shows me an error saying 'Sorry! Something went wrong'. I can still access documents stored on iCloud Drive from the actual iWork applications on my Mac and iPad but I can't view/edit them in Chrome on my PC (Win 7) or Safari on my Mac (Yosemite).

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), eMac 2004 800Mhz

I contacted icloud support today. They could not figure out what was going on. They sent me to second level support. They suspected it was the pc related, but i tell them that isn't the case because an alternative icloud account opens, and works fine. It's my business account that will not open.

I can create documents from my ios device in pages. But when i go into icloud.com using chrome or internet explorer (on two separate laptops) I am unable to open any documents already stored on icloud. Just sits and waits and when it finally comes up with an error message it tells me something went wrong, send info, or reload. But when I try to create a new document I get something went wrong, please try again later. And its been later and STILL IT NOT WORKING.

So second level has to send this on to engineering to try to see about resolving this. Could take up to 3 days before I even hear anything.

I can't open my docs for some days now, using iCloud iWorks version on several PC's and Macs using several different browsers. When using Numbers or Pages from my Mac and MacBook the same docs can be edited.

This is certainly a iWorks for iCloud issue

I have had this same problem since Monday, with my business account. Apple, please address the issue. I am unable to open documents in my iCloud account on multiple computers.

Same issue here. I was working on a Numbers Spreadsheet on Sunday when it "froze". I haven't been able to open that spreadsheet, or any other, since then.

I can open files from Numbers for iPad but, in the case of that particular spreadsheet, the version is that of December 4th. I am afraid I can have lost all the progress since that day to the 7th.

    Hope Apple solves this soon.

I have been looking through the forum, and turns out Apple doesnt comment on any posts. These are all user to user replies. So if you haven't contacted Apple directly then I would recommend doing so this way they know more about this issue.

Power off your laptop, press cmd+alt+r+p and click power button all at once. Keep holding cmd+alt+r+p until you see a brief flash. Log back into your acc and try again.
