Q: Apple profile suspension - is the a real email?

I keep getting an email entitled "APPLE PROFILE SUSPENSION" at an email address that is mine but not associated with my apple account.  Is this real?

iPhone 5s, Windows 7, Ipad 2, Latest Itunes, iOS8
