Q: ibooks producer is not allowing a price tier over $14.99 - edit is not working

I am preparing an ibook for the iTunes store and am using iTunes producer. It converts the price I enter ($21.99) to $14.99 and does not allow me to edit or change the price. Please help me edit the price.
