i don't recieve emails with resect security questions instructions.

i can't recieve instructions to reset my security qestions. but other emails i revieve with no problems. for example:

if i open icloud.com and log in - i recieve an email.

if change name\password and other stuff - also got email.

but email with instructions does not arrive.
