Q: iCloud Mail Junk filtering broken?
I have been following Apple's instructions for dealing with the exponential increase in junk mail I have been receiving in Apple's Mail apps recent months, including forwarding the messages to spam@icloud and also going into both my computer Mail app and the iCloud mail page (as I would much prefer to kill the spam at the source rather than have these messages be transmitted also to the mail apps on my computer iPad and iPhone) to dutifully move the spam into the Junk mail folders. These efforts appear to have had zero effect on the amount of junk I receive. Is this function truly broken? I do not want to entrust all my messaging to Gmail, but at least Goggle appears to know how to deal with spam. Is Apple doing anything meaningful to address the problem? If I've missed something, please advise. Thanks.
