I got an iphone4 running on ios 5.0.1 .recently i installed a tweak named bite sms from cydia and from then my phone is stuck in safe mode and is not working even the touch in not working so that i could delete that tweak. i've tried to restore it (firmware 4.11.08) but i doesn't restore due to error 3194 now please tell me what to do i am very much worried.

Try finding out from the people that designed the tweak. The error you received is showing how messed up your device is now. You may have learned about jailbreaking now.
