Q: New iOS 8.1.2 voice call problem

I've recently updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.1.2. I am having a big issue after the update was installed. Now I can't hear the voice from the incoming and outgoing phone call at all? I tried to reboot my iPhone several times and reset network setting and the problem is still there? I am very disappointed on how the Apple software development team handle this kind of releases issues. PLEASE HELP!!!

Not to mention about the NO ringtones as well when placing call! SMH

Even I am stuck with same problem.....the phone seems to be stuck in headphone mode..Is it the same case with u?

Now I am having the same problem like yesterday AGAIN. I can't hear the voice of the caller at all, outgoing and incoming call.

no sound in handsfree or speaker !!!!
only in phone call but in other apps it work corectly

Have you seen this web page? http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203800

Two common causes with this is the in call volume and being connected to a bluetooth speaker which it is picking up when you call.

We don't voice in outgoing and incoming voice in both sides. Without bluetooth, handsfree accesories.
