Q: Family share account need to change adult to child account
We open a account for my son but it says it an adult account how do i change it to child account where he asks for permission to purchase apps?

Once an account has been created it can't be changed from adult to child - you need to follow the instructions on the page that you posted from for creating a (new) child account : Family Sharing and Apple IDs for kids.
