Q: iPhone 5s screen totally black but the touch screen stil working, solution?

Dec 10, 2014 10:22 AMby Lwalking,I'm Brazilian, the iPhone has been bought at USA but is out o warrant in Brazil, I just would like to know if have some way to fix this problem, 'cause the phones works normal only the screen is black, the touch screen still working too, only have no image, all black.

Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If you can't see anything on the screen, look for a 3rd party company to check your phone next to your place.
