If another, not authorized 3rd party service provider did replace the screen, they will have to fix that, Apple will not touch that phone anymore if a 3rd party opened the device.

Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If you can't see anything on the screen, look for a 3rd party company to check your phone next to your place.
