Q: Apple Care(s)

Not so much of a question but a announcement. After spending hours on the phone today with Apple support staff I was re-directed to Daniel P. a Senior CPU Advisor. He was understanding, helpful, and helped me find concise solutions to my issue. If you call in for tech support I HIGHLY recommend talking to him if you can. Apple made a great decision hiring this man. Stellar service. *****

It is always pleasing to read of good service.   But these columns are not really meant for that purpose.   If you scroll to the bottom of this screen and click on contact us, a variety of addresses are shown.  You could send your complimentary message to Cupertino, for example.

I am sure that your breath of fresh air would be welcome at https://www.apple.com/support/feedback/ - they are used to getting the opposite as evidenced by the pull down menu of topic areas (required) - I think "Other" might be appropriate.

I too have had a couple of Senior folks that were very good at customer service at AppleCare - yes, they seemed to CARE very much.
