Your apple ID doesn't work until you go to the email you used for the apple ID and click on " Verify email "

Going to SETTINGS \ ITUNES STORE AND APP STORE \ ID APPLE :
LOG OUT,
then LOG IN.
and problem fixed! at least that's what it worked for me. I hope it helps!
