Hi,
My phone start to have these white lines appearing.it started after I dropped it:(
Is this a problem with the screen or is it a problem with other parts of the hardware? When I on my phone these lines will slowly appear and get whiter slowly l. When I off the screen, the white fading lines will retain for a second before it disappear. How can I fix it? Do I change the screen? Help please !:(

Apple isn't here as we're all just users. You'll need to take it to Apple directly. The fall clearly caused an issue. Whether it's the screen or the electronics powering the screen only Apple can tell you. Do not try to fix this yourself as it will void any warranty you have and if you have a 3rd party service company service it and you have additional problems, Apple won't touch your phone. Take it to Apple.
I'm afraid you'll have to get your phone serviced by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store next to your place.

Repair and replacement costs depend on your iPhone model and your AppleCare product coverage. Apple will run a diagnostic test to determine whether your iPhone has experienced additional damage. If it has, or if it needs other repairs, you may need to pay an out-of-warranty service fee. Accidental damage isn't covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty.

Out-of-warranty repair service
