Q: access to iCloud.drive from other mac devices

I put files onto the iCloud.drive while working on my laptop. My purpose was to make them available to other Mac devices on my LAN. I have 2 Mac Pro computers, a MacMini, iPad, MacBook Air, iPhone 6. I went to the main Mac Pro to grab some of the files and could not see the iCloud drive. All devices are running the latest Yosemite or ios system except one of the Mac Pro computers. All devices have the same Apple ID.

How should I be setting it up so that iCloud.drive is visible from all devices? I must not be doing that correctly.

Many thanks..

Diane

See this link:         iCloud Drive FAQ

You can see iCloud Drive only on your Macs with Yosemite.

Make sure, it is enabled in the System Preferences > iCloud tab.

And set the Finder Preferences to show iCloud Drive in the Sidebar:

On your mobile devices use the the app specific apps to access iCloud Drive documents.
