When publishing my website only the "start" page is visible in the browser and it is not possible to click on the other page names in the header. How can I help this?

Q: only the first page is visible in the browser
Most of the time it's an object covering the links.
You can verify that by dragging the area to see which object.
In iWeb, move the object out of the way.
