Photos for MacApple announced that they are developing the current "Photos" app to replace iPhoto. Be sure to tell Apple what features from iPhoto for iOS you would like to see in the Photos apps via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

I did my time machine back up using my hardisk. after that , i didn't realize that i lost all my files that were in the hardisk. can i know how to get the files back> HELP! This is really important

This is the iPhoto on iOS forum. If you need help with a Time Machine backup post your question in the forum for your operating system,

"Adobe Lightroom 5" is a MacOS X application for your Mac. Or are you referring to "Adobe Lightroom mobile"? The mobile version is not of much use without using creative Cloud on the Mac.
In the iPad is now Pixelmator quite good, but it does not yet support books.
