OS X Yosemite: Revert to a previous OS X version
If you don't have a TM backup and you downloaded Mavericks from the Apple Store, it will still be available for download. Click on the Purchases tab in the app store.
OR you can just try to fix the problem with your printer. I'm not familiar with that printer, but someone else may be. Maybe submitting another question to the community with the printing problem might get more attention to that subject.
