how do I schedule a Genius Bar appointment?

I've used links, such as one you provided, and it DOES NOT offer any opportunity to schedule an appointment. VERY frustrating. Isn't there a quick way to do so?

I have tested the link provided about 4 or 5 times now, and everytime I have been able to schedule an appointment at my local Apple Store within 2 minutes of clicking on the link. It isn't that hard.
