how to do delete icloud ?
iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2
You can't delete an account, only sign out of it from a specific device.
Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
Follow on screen instructions entering your password when prompted.

But yes, on IOS 8 it's sign out rather than delete.
